1. Who we are

This website is operated by Ezlive Marketing (business registration SA0584594-A), a digital marketing studio registered in Malaysia.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ezlive Marketing. "You" refers to anyone visiting ezlivemarketing.com or contacting us through it.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and the message you write.
• Anything you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or social media when you start a conversation with us.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — including IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are generated automatically by the web server for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising pixels, analytics trackers or behavioural profiling on this website, and we do not set marketing or tracking cookies.

3. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use cookie-based tracking.

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. This is handled under Google's own privacy terms. We receive no data from it.

Our website is hosted by Hostinger, who process server logs and email on our behalf as a service provider.

4. Why we use your data

We use the information you give us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and discuss what you need.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and scopes of work.
• Deliver and support the services you engage us for.
• Keep records required for accounting, tax and legal obligations.
• Protect the website against spam and abuse.

We will not add you to a marketing list simply because you sent an enquiry, and we never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary to run our business, and only with parties who are bound to protect it:

• Service providers — our hosting and email provider, and the business tools we use to manage client work.
• Advertising and marketing platforms — only when we are running campaigns on your behalf as your appointed agency, and only as instructed by you.
• Authorities or professional advisers — where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Records relating to clients and completed work are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Malaysian tax and company law (generally seven years). You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not legally required to keep it.

7. How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and enquiry emails are sent over an authenticated, encrypted connection to our mailbox. Access to enquiry data is limited to the Ezlive team members who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, withdraw any consent you previously gave, limit how we process it, and ask us to delete it where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@ezlivemarketing.com. We will respond within 21 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first, so that we don't disclose someone else's data by mistake.

9. Other websites

Our site links to external platforms such as Facebook. Once you follow a link away from ezlivemarketing.com, this policy no longer applies — the destination site's own privacy terms take over. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version takes effect once published here, and the "last updated" date at the top will change. For significant changes affecting existing clients, we'll notify you directly.
